Here are the questions asked most frequently:

  1. Can I order a custom piece from you?

  2. How is the jewelry created?
    Each piece is lovingly handcrafted using a blend of traditional methods and cutting-edge casting and fabrication techniques. Each is an exquisite art piece unique to you. Like fingerprints or raindrops, each one has slight variations that delight with a handcrafted touch.

  3. Why do the stones on my piece look different than those on the website?
    Many of our stones have natural texture, inclusions or coloring that can differ from stone to stone. Rather than choosing perfectly uniform, artificial gems and minerals, we value the unique natural qualities of all the materials we use.

  4. Where are your designs manufactured?
    All jewelry and prints are designed and produced in the United States.

  5. I’m interested in a certain piece, but I don’t see the metal I want.
    In some cases we may be able to make the piece in your desired metal. Please contact us.

  6. Can I join a wait list or preorder out of stock items?
    Yes. If you there is an out-of-stock or to-be-released item you love, let us know.

  7. How long do preorders take?
    Turnaround times vary from product to product. Due to the nature of our small-scale manufacturing process, and the current climate, we will do our best to turn your orders around as soon as possible. After you place your order, we will be in touch about expected turnaround times which usually take two to six weeks.

  8. What is my ring size?
    If you are not sure what your ring size is, we recommend getting sized by a local jeweler.

  9. When does my order ship?
    In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items ship in four to six weeks.

  10. What do I need to know about returns?
    We are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned for a store credit, exchange or refund. Our return policy is available following checkout and also will be emailed to you. Here is a summary:

    • Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
    • Resized items, custom projects, and special orders are final sale.
    • International orders are final sale.
    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
    • Items on-sale or marked down are Final Sale.
    • If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the return process. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email hello@goodguild.com.
